David Price will be joining Executive Risk Insurance Services on Oct. 12 as senior vice president of financial lines and chief underwriting officer.
In addition to his above duties, he will work with the corporate development group on the identification and development of new corporate and product opportunities.
Price previously led the specialty lines practice at Arch Insurance (Canada) and has formerly held senior underwriting and management positions with Chubb Insurance and Liberty International Underwriters, as well as gaining brokerage experience at Willis Insurance Brokers of Canada.

Willis Group Holdings Limited has announced a series of management changes and a new organizational structure intended to respond to the evolving marketplace and to better leverage the unit’s talent and resources.
Willis Re is combining its international and specialty network into a single business unit, in addition to more closely aligning its U.S. and Bermuda operations in a new North America group.
Chris Clark and James Vickers have been named chairmen of the new international and specialty business unit.
Jason Howard has been appointed CEO of the new unit.
Paddy Jago has been named president of Willis Re and will lead global sales and growth.
Jim Bradshaw will take on the role of CEO of Willis Re’s new North America group.
James Kent is named managing director of Willis Re Bermuda and president of Willis Re North America.
