Carstar Automotive Canada Inc. has opened two new locations — one in Montreal-North, Que. and one in Kelowna, B.C.
Carstar Montréal Avenue Lausanne, located at 9934 Lausanne, is operated by Andrew Almeida and his business partner Angelo Ventola.
CARSTAR Kelowna, located at 690 McCurdy Road, is owned and operated by Matthew Campbell and his business partner Kian Befound.
As well, Yves Robichaud has been appointed market development manager (MDM) for the province of Quebec, with Carstar.
Robichaud will help strengthen relationships with Carstar’s insurance and fleet partners in an effort to increase its market share and build its brand within Quebec, in addition to strengthening relationships with the company’s franchisees.

Insurers should create a dedicated green team, according to a Celent Boardroom Series Report.
The report, Can We Be Green and Profitable?, recommends, among other things, that companies create a dedicated green team with its own budget to ensure appropriate momentum and focus, in addition to encouraging a paradigm shift.
“This team will inject and embed eco-centricity in the organization,” according to the brief. “Once eco-centricity is part of the corporate DNA, this team can be disbanded.”
