Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB) is mobilizing its staff of in-country, regional and Global Technical Services (GTS) adjusters to handle the losses resulting from the Feb. 27 earthquake in Chile.
“Crawford’s offices in Chile are being supported by our professionals worldwide to ensure that we deliver superior adjusting services to the country’s residents and businesses so they can begin the recovery process,” said Jeffrey T. Bowman, Crawford president and CEO.
Crawford Chile is the largest claims adjusting firm in Chile, with more than 400 adjusters located in Santiago, Concepcion and 10 other areas in the country.

The Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) is leading the sponsorship of the Ontario Legislature Internship Programme
(OLIP), administered by the Canadian Political Science Association at Queen’s Park.
IBAO first became a sponsor of the programme in 1996.
OLIP is a non-partisan, educational internship designed to offer recent university graduates the opportunity to work at Queen’s Park for both a Member of Provincial Parliament and an Opposition Member of Provincial Parliament.
During their 10-month placement, OLIP interns have the opportunity to travel to other legislatures around the country and London, England.
