The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has unveiled a mobile website, live chat functionality and a redesigned, user-friendly “Broker Corner,” the organization announced Thursday.
The site is now optimized for mobile devices with easy navigation and prioritized content for quick reference, CSIO said.
The live chat feature also allows members to connect with CSIO’s bilingual support team, providing information and CSIOnet technical assistance in real time.
The site also includes a redesigned Broker Corner, a hub of information and community activity designed for brokers, connecting them to key CSIO content and industry trends. It also features a brand-new section, the Advisory Centre, which contains best practice education and advice that brokers can act on instantly to realize improved security, workflow efficiencies and a competitive edge.
“The broker distribution channel is built on providing expert advice to its clients,” Sarina Visram, manager of member relations and communications noted. “With the Broker Corner, CSIO aims to provide that same level of advice so members can effectively leverage new technologies and solutions that improve their bottom line. The addition of a mobile website and live chat ensures easy accessibility to this information for all CSIO members.”
