Rochon Engineering co-CEOs Mike and Vince Rochon are stepping down and transitioning out of the organization in October 2011.
In the interim, Doug Tremblay, in his role of general manager, will act as chief operating officer.
“Over the past few years, Rochon has matured as an organization with the structure, skills and expertise to continue its growth, expansion and continually improving quality standards,” Tremblay said in a press release.
“We have built a strong management team who are excited about moving this business forward. As we have in the past, we will continue to provide highly professional expertise and excellent service to all our clients.”
Rochon Engineering is a division of Granite Global Solutions.
Granite president Murray Wallace said he was disappointed Mike and Vince Rochon had decided to move on. He added they are helping to ensure a smooth and orderly transition on client files.
“Mike and Vince built a good business and more importantly, a good team capable of moving it forward,” Wallace said. “We wish them all the best.
“This is the beginning of a new era at Rochons, and Granite is committed to being in the forensic engineering field and to growing the business.”
