American International Group Inc. recently hired Anastasia D. Kelly as its new executive vice-president, general counsel and senior regulatory and compliance officer. Kelly most recently served as executive vp and general counsel at MCI/WorldCom. Previously, she was the senior vp and general counsel of Sears, Roebuck & Co.

Munters Moisture Control Services (MCS), a division of Munters AB. MCS’ global division, has named Jack C. Boyd III to the position of business development manager. Boyd, who will be based in Munters’ Memphis office, will direct market positioning data research, national marketing activities and new business development initiatives. He will be at the helm of developing strategies and systems focusing on restoration services associated with fire and water damage and mold remediation. Boyd offers 32 years of experience in commercial and residential disaster restoration, including 25 years with Memphis-based ServiceMaster. He has experience in several positions including the position of vice president insurance restoration for ServiceMaster and was responsible for developing the company’s full service disaster restoration division. Boyd also held the positions of assistant vice president restoration programs, director of people development, master franchise coordinator and regional operations manager for the company.
