McLarens Canada has opened a Moncton, NB office.
Pierrette LeBlanc has been appointed branch manager. She has more than 20 years of experience working as both an independent and staff bilingual all lines adjuster.
McLarens Canada has expanded its national presence over the past year, establishing 12 additional locations in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and PEI.
“We remain focused on our strategic expansion plans and will continue on this theme throughout 2008,” the company notes in a release.

The HKMB HUB Hockey Challenge in support of the United Way and Women In Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC) will be held Apr. 21 or Apr. 22, depending on how the Toronto Raptors fare in their final games.
A full squad of players ranging from beer leaguers to former pros is ready to don their skates, but they need a cheering section to root them on.
An invitation has been extended not only to players and regular supporters of the event, but to everyone in the industry. The only cost is a donation to WICC and the United Way.
The game will be held at the Air Canada Centre from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. A post-game reception will immediately follow at the Harbour Sports Grille.
Door prizes include iPods, a 50/50 draw and raffles for items such as a Darcy Tucker-autographed plaque and an autographed hockey stick used in a Stanley Cup game by Mathieu Schneider.
