TORONTO, ON September 6, 2018 /insPRESS/ – 30 Forensic Engineering, Canada’s leading and fully-independent multi-disciplinary forensics firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fabbroni B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., P.Eng. as Vice President & Practice Lead, Collision Reconstruction & Trucking. Mark will be responsible for the management, strategic planning, and governance of the firm while continuing to maintain his successful consulting practice.

Mark began his career 20 years ago in vehicle testing, validation and root cause failure analysis. He has spent the subsequent 13 years in the forensics industry investigating over 1000 collisions involving commercial vehicles, motorcycles, cyclists, pedestrians, event data recorders (black box), mechanical fitness assessments, and mechanical failures. Mark joined 30 Forensic Engineering in 2006 and has since held progressive and senior roles within the firm. Mark is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario, The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of Manitoba, Society of Automotive Engineers, and Canadian Association of Technical Accident Investigators and Reconstructionists. He has also been qualified as an expert witness in mechanical engineering, collision reconstruction, and cargo securement by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Since 2013, Mark has successfully managed the Trucking Group at 30 Forensic Engineering by developing an industry-leading, multidisciplinary team of experts and a state of the art service offering specializing in collision reconstruction and automotive failure analysis.  These ongoing and continually improving endeavors are part of the firm’s steadfast dedication to our valued clients.

Jeff Reitsma MBA, PMP, P.Eng., Vice President & Practice Lead, Multidisciplinary Remediation stated: “Mark is one of the greatest assets of the firm in my opinion.  He has spent many years refining his technical skills, listening to and delivering first-class work with his clients, and has a great perspective on the industry.  His quality- and client-service-approach sets a high bar for everyone at 30 Forensics, and you cannot help but demand a little extra from yourself and your team as a result.  I cannot wait to help set the course of the firm and the industry alongside Mark in the coming years.”
